Join adoption competent professionals helping those affected by unplanned pregnancy through their ability to present adoption facts in an informed, non-directive and caring manner critical to the decision making process. Utilizing curriculum developed by The Infant Adoption Training Initiative, Understanding Infant Adoption provides free training to area hospitals. Mothers making an adoption plan deserve access to trained hospital staff respectful of their decisions during the birth and hospital stay.

Understanding Infant Adoption is a free training program designed for professionals in education, health and social work. Participants gain information and valuable skills needed to respond with confidence and sensitivity to a client exploring or moving forward with an adoption plan.
